Francesco De Leo
Chairman
Francesco is the Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, as well as a partner at Kaufmann & Partners (Madrid), and boasts extensive leadership experience. He is involved in various organizations, including the Cannes World AI Innovation Festival and the European Association for Digital Transition. Previously, he held significant executive roles at Telecom Italia, overseeing M&A, international development, and R&D. He has also played key roles in strategic acquisitions such as Brasil Telecom and Amena (now Orange). A graduate of Bocconi University with a Ph.D. from UCLA, he was named a “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum in 1999.

Fabio graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Brescia with a thesis focused on political aspects of investment in human capital and income differentiation. He obtained the OAM diploma at Luiss Business School and an MBA from S.D.A. Bocconi. With a cosmopolitan mindset and strong organizational and relational skills, he has held top management roles in the food industry (GM at Pida and Braga Ingredients, Plant Manager at Molino Braglia, CEO at Martin Braun Gruppe - Cresco), finance (Commercial Director at Ecocred, Agent at Cofidis Group, PM at Banco Ambrosiano Veneto), and beauty & fitness (CEO at Bio Atman).

Enrico is an expert in the technology sector and growth investments, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. He has held senior analyst roles at institutional asset managers and has been a founder or early investor in several successful European software companies. He is the founder of Aleph Finance Group Plc, an independent financial services company listed on Euronext Paris. Since 2019, he has been an Associate Professor in Investment Banking and Asset Management at Hult University in London and also teaches at the Politecnico di Milano on the implementation of ESG principles and regulations in finance.

Domenico is a Tech entrepreneur and Director at ROR Holdings PLC in London, where he is responsible for strategic planning, funding, partnerships, and M&A. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Likex LTD, a company operating in the cryptocurrency sector. In the past, he held the role of CTO and Co-Founder of Holbox Food. Domenico has co-founded and advised several startups and participated in programs such as StartupGrind Accelerate. With solid experience in R&D and business innovation, he adds value to digital transformation. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, and has a strong interest in cryptocurrencies, Formula 1, robotics, and skiing.

Marco is an entrepreneur in the technology sector, passionate about innovation and value creation through partnerships. With experience in R&D and business innovation, he has co-founded several successful startups, including Starbox, Bonnie Beauty, and Nextus. At KellyDeli, he led scouting and partnership activities, contributing to the company’s growth. As a co-founder of Hotbox Food, he managed the digitalization of processes and fundraising, achieving a 520% increase in revenue. He has also worked with Siemens and the Danish National Space Institute, managing innovative projects in renewable energy and space research. His vision is focused on process digitalization and customer centricity.
Roberto Manzi

Roberto holds a Ph.D. in Communication, Culture, and Society from the University of Italian Switzerland and has been working alongside entrepreneurs for over ten years, focusing on innovation strategies and skills transfer through the creation of Corporate Universities. A professional journalist (RCS - Corriere della Sera), he holds a diploma in computer science and philosophy, a degree in theology (Faculty of Theology of Southern Italy), and further studied the social doctrine of the Church at the Lateran University. He has been involved in several boards, including the Centesimus Annus Pro-Pontifice Foundation (Vatican), Campus Bio-Medico in Rome (Opus Dei Prelature), Unione Industriali (Varese), Confimprese, and Assofranchising (Milan).
